To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

We will respond to your request within 3 business days with further instructions. Please do not send your items back without receiving confirmation from us.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This process ensures that you receive the correct item in a timely manner. Please follow the return process outlined above for your original item.

We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund based on our evaluation. Please do not return damaged items without prior approval.
